Fun Friday by The Kisses Co. for Mabel Madison

Eep!  I loooooove this top!  Let’s just get right into it, eh?!

So, I ordered this Zippy Zebra fabric from Mabel Madison with the intent of making a hoodie of some kind for Roan.  I didn’t know which one exactly until yesterday.  I had been mulling it over for a while but couldn’t decide on a pattern.  I reached out to the pdf pattern community and there were many recommendations for the Elevation Hoodie by New Horizons patterns, so that was it!  And, because I have exquisite taste… (wink, wink), I already owned that pattern (but hadn’t made it yet)!  Score! 

Once I had a game plan, I couldn’t keep myself away.  No time for housework, no interest in facebook.  Must.sew.hoodie.    I cranked it out during naptime and put my little cutie pie into it as soon as he woke up!  This is why his cheekies are so pink in his pics.   The zebra french terry is the perfect thickness and sewed like a dream, and I’m super jealous that Roan gets to wear it and not me.  It’s sooooo cozy!

So, brace yourself for photo overload…again.  He’s just so spunky and fun!  I could snap pics of this little stinker all day long.

Then he starts schmoozin’ me.  He knows he’ll earn a DumDum sucker after his pics.   Telling me all his stories, too.  Sooooo sweet. <3

I’m super geeky, but I bought the turquoise colored Zippy Zebras and the turquoise french terry specifically to match these Livie & Luca shoes I got him…   #sorrynotsorry

 

So there you have it!  The Zebras fabric is SO fun!  The quality is on point, and the quick shipping from Emily at Mabel Madison can’t be matched!
