I am so excited to show you a few versions of the (affiliate link) Every Day Play Dress I’ve been making lately! This dress pattern is mine and my daughter’s absolute favorite! She has a handful of them and is always asking for more!

I am so excited to show you a few versions of the (affiliate link) Every Day Play Dress I’ve been making lately! This dress pattern is mine and my daughter’s absolute favorite! She has a handful of them and is always asking for more!
The pattern comes with a simple bodice or a crossover (my fav) bodice, long or short sleeves. You’ve got all the basics in a well-fitting dress! It is also great with a wide variety of fabrics. I’ve used cotton-spandex, French terry, blends, jersey, fleece, etc… It is also very easy to make little mods to the pattern to get totally different looks! I’ve hacked the sleeves off a little shorter to make 3/4 sleeves. I’ve added a circle skirt instead. I’ve lengthened the bodice in order to use custom panels. And I regularly shorten the length of the skirt, too. Tiny little changes to an already great pattern that give you so many options!

Eeek I love this dress! This fabric is from Zenith & Quasar Fabrics. I lengthened the bodice in order to accommodate the panel, and then added a circle skirt.
Eeek, I haven’t even sneak-peeked this dress in my Facebook group yet! I looooove how this one turned out. I used this gorgeous fabric from Affordable Fabrics and More (a fellow Minnesotan! Woohoo!) with the crossover bodice, and a circle skirt. I can’t wait to see this one on one of my gorgeous customers! It’ll be so cozy for the winter!

I tried out a French terry bodice for this version with a jersey for the circle skirt. SO comfy and twirly! <3
Isn’t this gorgeous?! I just added this tunic version to my Etsy shop, too. I am tempted to pull it for Neve’s closet!
